As a valued customer of Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd., we would like to familiarise you with the process of dealing with us, to ensure that your experience is a satisfying one. Please feel free to speak with one of our sales consultants if you have any further questions.

Ordering your products

Once an order has been accepted, no cancellation of that order is valid unless you receive our written communication endorsing the cancelled order. Your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE and a store credit will remain available only if the goods ordered specifically for you have not been manufactured.

Paying for your products

We require a deposit equal to 50% of the total value of the products ordered before we can begin arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the products to you. The balance of the invoice is payable prior shipping from Italy.
For a Product that requires installation as a fixture (i.e. wardrobe and kitchen), the payments are required without any deduction, set-off or counter claim as follow:
• 50% deposit to commence production
• 50% prior shipping from Italy
All in-stock orders are full payment prior to delivery.

For orders below S$10,000 a full payment will be required. Paid deposits will be forfeited should you change your mind to cancel partial or in entirety your order.

Only upon the agreed payment, we will commence the tailorwork of the purchased items. As every piece of product is unique and customized to your needs, we require at least 2 month to build the product in addition to at least 1 month of shipping from Italy to Singapore. In the interim, we will keep you updated of the status of progress.


Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers. Delivery times will be arranged with you in advance. If you are unable to accept delivery within 30 days from our first call a storage fee of 2% or S$500 whichever is greater per month will be payable. Storage fees will be invoiced to you on a monthly basis until delivery has been completed and are payable prior to final delivery.
If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for transport and re-delivery costs. You are responsible for ensuring that there is adequate access and entry to your premises to allow delivery of the products. Any additional costs in relation to access into your premises, eg, delivery by staircase, are your responsibility. If it is not possible for the products to be delivered into your premises, the products will be returned to our warehouse and you will be invoiced for transport and re-delivery. In addition, the above storage charges will apply.

Additional delivery and labour fee between S$100 to S$500 applies for dismantling and/or manoeuvre of furniture through difficult access, such as narrow stairway, not being able to fit into the elevator, obstruction of passageway, etc. This applies to return of product too.

All products will remain the property of Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd. until payment is received in full and delivered from Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd.’s premises. Should you be arranging your own delivery then the goods become your responsibility upon collection from Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd.’s premises.

We will provide one (1) free delivery to one (1) address for a minimum nett purchase of SGD2,000 (for a Product or multiple Products). For a nett purchase of less than SGD2,000 (for a Product or multiple Products) or if more than one (1) delivery is required, an additional transport fee of SGD160 for each delivery (“the Transport Fee”) shall be payable by you.

To change scheduled delivery, please call or SMS or WhatsApp 8168 3354 at least 5 days before the stipulated delivery date with the invoice number to inform the revised preferred delivery date and time slot. Please note that the revised delivery date and time slot is subject to availability.


120 months warranty for all sofa internal frame construction.

PLATINUM includes 36 months warranty from the date of delivery and 1 cleaning servicing maintenance per year (total of 3) which includes cleaning and caring of the leather/fabric, lubrification of recliners systems, wiring check, battery check and test.
Throughtout the 36 months substitution of parts and basic repairs without charges, including trip back and forward to check eventual damages.
GOLD includes 24 months warranty from the date of delivery. No cleaning servicing maintainance included. Throughtout the 24 months substitution of parts and basic repairs without charges, including trip back and forward to check eventual damages.

In the rare cases of minor scratches and defects, the product will be touched up, repaired or replaced at the discretion of Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd. There will be strictly no refund and return of products. You may, however, reject the product upon delivery, except for “Clearance” and “Display Set” products.

Warranty does not include wear & tear and damage due to abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold on an “as is” basis, is used for commercial purposes or resold. Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd does not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by third party cleaning processes.

“Clearance” and “Display Set” products are sold in “as is” condition and strictly no return and refund.

Please call or SMS or WhatsApp 8168 3354 immediately for any damage or defect detected and quote your invoice number. This does not allow the right to cancel the entire purchase order.


Nicoline Asia Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
All products sold are intended for domestic use and not commercial or industrial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial or industrial use of the products may cause the applicable product warranties to become void.
Save as otherwise specifically provided in this Terms, the Parties hereunder shall not be liable for failures or delays in performing their obligations hereunder arising from any Event of Force Majeure, and in the event of any such delay, the time for all Parties’ performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay which shall be remedied with all due dispatch in the circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdictions

The law of Singapore will be the governing law, and arbitration will be held in Singapore, with the seat of arbitration being Singapore and the arbitration will be administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Center (“SIAC”) in accordance with the arbitration rules of the SIAC (the “SIAC Rules”), with all proceedings conducted in English.

In any arbitration or litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the enforcement of any arbitration award, the prevailing party will recover attorneys’ fees and costs including expert witness and arbitration fees and pre- and post-judgment interest. Each party will be responsible for attorneys’ fees and interest associated with the other party’s efforts to collect monies owed under this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the parties shall have the right to seek any interim, provisional or conservatory measures, such as preliminary injunctive relief and temporary restraining orders, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
