About Paolo Colzani
Coming from Lake of Como in Italy and now based in Singapore since 1999, Paolo Colzani is a familiar face to many.
Paolo Colzani carved more than three decades of fine wine and dine career. Born into a family of F&B, Paolo naturally stepped into the culinary world at the tender age of 15 at a 1-star Michelin restaurant, Ristorante Pierino Penati in Vigano’ Brianza. After a year, he progressed to 3-stars Michelin Gualtiero Marchesi Restaurant.
Paolo opened restaurants across continents for the group in Europe and Asia, while concurrently working with another 3-star Michelin Tantris Restaurant, in Germany. He also acted as a consultant to many restaurants across continents, including Bulgari’s catering arm. Paolo later continued his F&B passion in Singapore leading reputable restaurants, such as Les Amis and Iggy’s, to their stellar achievements.
Unbeknownst to many, Paolo is also passionate about interior design. Following a remarkable feat in the F&B industry, Paolo diverts his eye for attention and design to his next passion. About Nicoline Italia
Nicola Palasciano started his career as an apprentice at the age of 9 with a renowned sofa’s industry in southern Italy. At the age of 15, his passion for this work led him to manage the department dedicated to the manufacturing of upholstery for various foreign markets.
In 1992, Nicola Palasciano, together with his wife, created: Nicoline. With 30 years of experience, Nicoline soon expanded and today, it is a manufacturing company synonymous with quality, attention to detail and constant search for innovative materials.
The company creates uniquely designed products in line with furnishing trends while at the same time, maintaining high standards and quality of raw materials. Every single production step is carried out in-house, so that all processes are meticulously controlled. Nicoline represents the perfect combination of quality and style.
